Wonder Woman Mentality

This is me, exactly a year ago. See the differences? 🧐🤯 • I don’t look at the picture on the left and think to myself “oh shit, and look how I look now 😭😭😭”. I’ve been through a lot this year, and I’ve let myself feel everything I felt at the time. I was eating without even thinking and I was training maybe once a week. I was doing everything wrong and I realized that I’m punishing myself, my body and my mind. I started working on myself mentally first. Get into that mindset of understanding what now and what is my next step. I started training 2-3 times a week, started to cut all the junk food that wasn’t giving me anything back. My health, my body, myself - everything started to get so much better. • Now I’m on it! I’m working out 5 times a week, using all this weight I gained to build some muscles 💪🏼🤪 I’ve been eating intuitively for a month and now I’m about to start tracking macros. • It’s never too late and it’s okay to fall, as long as you get back up! So are you ready? Because I am! 🤘🏼😎
