Of course for everyone it’s different; but with me, I would always take a bite here, a lick there and “just a little bit to taste how it is”. Those “here” and “there” bites add up. A lot. Sometimes we think we are going by our meal plan, but we didn’t even think about all the food we didn’t track because at the moment it seems innocent and “it’s just a bite, it won’t make a difference”. • Changing habits takes time.
