What is motivation? 🤔 And how do I get it??? 🧐🧐🧐 • I’ve gotten a few messages telling me how to get motivated to workout after a long day of work? How to stay motivated and keeping up with your nutrition? • The truth is, you won’t always have motivation to do it, but you’re just gonna have to do it anyway 🙌🏼 • So when I’m after a long 10 hours shift and the last thing I wanna do is go to gym, I’m not that motivated but I’m going anyway! Once I start to warm up and start my workout I immediately feel better and happy that I came. • So yeah, you don’t have to have motivation all day every day. You just have to take the first step and keep on going. Even if you don’t feel like it really 🤷🏼‍♀️ But in the end, you’ll be happy with yourself and with the results.
