How I started to be consistent with my training and my nutrition? It was this simple👇🏼 • I stopped thinking about the result and how I wanted to end up looking. I started thinking about my journey and learned to enjoy the process. • Having a goal is great, it gives you a good direction to where you are going and what you want to achieve, but it won’t last. Once you reach your goal you’ll have nothing to hang on to. It’s not strong enough. If you learn to enjoy the process, your goal can change and you will learn how to control and manage yourself better. • How did I learn to enjoy the process? First, I acknowledged the fact that this is the best thing I can do for me - and I care about me. Eating what’s good for my body, training hard, sleeping well, drinking enough water...those are just a few of the things that I was terrible at keeping up with, until I changed my mindset. • A positive mindset will keep you going more than an end goal. Going to the gym and thinking “I go to the gym because I care about my health” is much more motivated and stronger than thinking “I go to the gym because I need to lose weight”. • Sometimes the hard work we need to put into something is only in our mind.
